| What should I have prepared for my pet's arrival? |
Activity and bathing requests should be made at the time the reservation is made. Vaccination records for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Bordetella should be faxed over before arrival. Adequate telephone numbers should be provided in case we need to contact you. Any special diets or medications should be clearly communicated on or before check-in. | What happens when a dog in your care needs veterinary care? |
If your dog should require medical attention while in our care, our customary procedure is to contact your veterinarian. Should the nature of your dog's illness require an office visit, we reserve the right to utilize our 24 hour on-call veterinarian, depending on the illness and the travel required to access your veterinarian.

| How does the facility stay clean and disease free? |
Our dog kennels and daycare play areas are the only ones in the Round Rock and Austin area that are kept immaculate with a state-of-the-art Aqua Air Wet/Dry Vacuum system. This system eliminates the germs and bacteria that mop and bucket cleaning leave behind. This ensures that every kennel stays clean and sanitary and is free from cross-contamination often caused by mop and bucket cleaning.
