How do I make daycare reservations?

For daycare reservations you should contact Action Pack Dog Center directly. All daycare services are by reservation only. We do not offer drop-in services.

 

What should I have prepared for my dog's arrival to daycare?
Vaccination records for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella should be faxed over or brought in before arrival.
Adequate telephone numbers should be provided in case we need to contact you. A scheduled pick-up time should also be discussed upon drop-off.

 

Can I add more activities to my dog's daycare?
Absolutely! We offer a large selection of playtime services and activities to make your dog's daycare experience even more fun and personalized.

 

Can I add bathing services to my dog's daycare?
Of course! In fact, we recommend this as busy dogs tend to get dirty. Our baths are reasonably priced so that you can enjoy a tired, happy and squeaky clean dog when you get home after a busy day.

 

What is your cancellation policy for daycare reservations?
Although cancellations for daycare reservations do not incur a fee, as a courtesy we request 24 hour notice.

 

Can I come in for a tour?
You can certainly come and visit our facility anytime during regular business hours. Our welcoming staff will be delighted to take you on an informative tour of Action Pack Dog Center. Come see for yourself what sets us apart from any other boarding or daycare facility in the area.

 

What about daycare during inclement weather?
Daycare is always weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather: heavy rains, ice, snow, sleet or hail, please do not bring your dog in for daycare. If you are unsure if you should bring your dog in, please call our front office and we will let you know - 512.341.0229.
