How to Register for Action Pack Dog Center Classes

Pre-registration is a must. To reserve your spot in the class, please follow these steps:

1. Check to be sure you can make all of the classes.

The first class is essential. We do not schedule make-up sessions.

2. Complete our Training Registration form.

If you are unable to download the form, please call and we will send you a form.

3. Obtain your dog's vaccination records.

Required vaccines for all dogs are Parvovirus, Distemper, Rabies (required after 12-16 weeks of age). Please note, if you are enrolling in our Super Puppy program, your veterinarian may feel it's appropriate for your puppy to begin class BEFORE all vaccinations are completed. Please discuss your Super Puppy plans with your veterinarian before you come to class.

4. Bring or mail your profile to our office with your payment. You can also call in your payment to (512)341-0229.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash. You will not be enrolled in class until you complete all these steps. Class fees are non-refundable*.

*In the event that APDC cancels a scheduled class, you will be refunded in full.
