Pack Rules 
All Boarding and Daycare is by reservation only.
DAYCARE DOGS or boarding dogs participating in daycare play groups must have a temperament evaluation before they can participate. (This evaluation can take place by appointment or during 1st daycare visit).
All dogs over the age of 12 months must be spayed or neutered. (Please contact Jana Rossorelli if you wish to discuss an exemption).
All dogs must have current vaccination records on file with us. This includes Rabies within 3 years, DHPP and Bordetella. Have your vet fax the records to us prior to boarding or daycare. Our fax number is 512-341-9461.
All dogs are required to be on flea prevention especially during the warmer months.
We feed California Natural Lamb and Rice to our boarding dogs. You may bring your dog's regular food in an airtight plastic container with scoop or in pre-measured ziploc baggies. Label everything.
We are happy to give medication to your dog at no extra charge. All medication must come in a clearly marked container (preferably the original container) with the following information:
Dog's name
Name of medication and strength
Dosage per day
Dogs must be picked up or dropped off during our normal office hours: Monday - Friday 7am-noon, 3pm-6:30pm. Saturday 8am-10am, Sunday 5pm-6pm. After hours drop-off and pick-up available by appointment only and will incur a $15 charge.  Holiday hours are listed on our home page.
