Corona Virus Update

Our Commitment to Our Clients During the Covid-19 Crisis

Update April 28, 2020

We are thrilled to announce that we will be OPEN for ALL services at ALL locations starting Wednesday, April 29th. Each location will be back to our regular business hours and ready to serve you. We are so excited to see all of you and your pups!

Action Pack Dog Center received an official mandate from Williamson County that we are indeed an essential business and want to ensure you all that we are practicing all the necessary precautions due to COVID19. We will offer our curbside pick-ups and drop-offs and will be limiting the number of people in our front lobby area, as well as keeping everything super clean and sanitized.

DAYCARE: Those of you who are "daycare regulars" and on our Daycare Enrollment sheet, we have re-booked you for your regular days. If there are any changes to your regular schedule, please call us to let us know what adjustments we need to make. We know that a few of you may have added to your family and we can't wait to meet your new puppies or adopted friends!

OVERNIGHT LODGING: We are busy booking future lodging dates. If you have travel planned for the months ahead, please let us get that on the books.

GROOMING/SPA SERVICES: If your pup needs a bath, furminator/de-shed treatment, nail trims and/or full service groom, we are here and ready for you. And don't be embarrassed about those at-home grooming jobs...we understand and will be happy to fix it!

TRAINING: Our DaySchool program will be up and running. We have your training spot reserved, but let us know if there will be any changes to your schedule. At this time, we will not be doing private lessons or training consults due to safe distancing, but happy to help answer any questions you may have as we navigate through this with you.

From all of us here at APDC, we appreciate your support during this time. We are looking forward to seeing your smiling eyes and spending time with your very special pups. We can't wait for some waggy and happy days ahead!

Update March 24, 2020

With an abundance of caution, we are sad to announce that Action Pack Dog Center will TEMPORARILY close its doors at the end of day Tuesday, Mar 24. We plan to re-open April 20th (hopefully sooner), depending the state of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our decision was based on the health and safety of our clients as well as our employees.
We will reach out to anyone who has a current or future reservation between now and April 20th with more information.

Hang in there Action Pack Family. We will miss you and miss the dogs so very much it hurts our hearts. When we reopen it will be staffed with the same staff you have come to love.

We will continue to update our social media about our reopening date. We will also continue to post uplifting photos to keep our spirits up.

Thank you,
Jana Rossorelli

Update March 19, 2020

With many changes in our lives due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our pets can be such a comfort to us as we learn to enjoy and endure the circumstances of staying at home and practicing social distancing.

We want you to know that Action Pack Dog Center is committed to being here for you during this time. We are ready to pamper your four-legged family members in whatever ways will help make this a safe and comfortable time for you and your pet.

At Action Pack Dog Center, the health and well-being of your pet and family are our top priority. We have taken every possible measure to keep our facilities operating in a safe manner and have continually evolved our procedures based on current circumstances. Pet care staff will be here to care for your pets and are eager to accommodate you, our client, as much as we can.

Action Pack Dog Center will continue to actively monitor the news and guidance from various public agencies about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will abide by the recommendations put forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. State Department, and city and county officials. Again, our goal is to remain open while continuing to provide a safe environment for our staff, clients, and guests.
