Is swimming healthy for dogs?

You bet! Veterinarians agree swimming is one of the healthiest ways for dogs to exercise, and some dogs would prefer nothing else!

  1. Low impact exercise. Swimming is an excellent, full-body exercise for your dog that’s low impact on the joints and limbs. This makes swimming an ideal choice for water-loving dogs of all ages.
  2. Stay cool on hot days! Dogs can exercise to their hearts’ content under the hot Texas sunshine in our swimming pool. It’s a cool splash of fun on hot summer days.
  3. Dogs love it. Dogs who love swimming get unmatched fulfillment from our swimming sessions. Some dogs could swim for hours just enjoying the water, but we amp up the fun with floating toys and balls.
  4. Varied stimulation. Variety is the spice of life, even for dogs. Playtime in the pool is a fun alternative to running around the yard and offers a new dimension of fun to keep your dog happy.
